These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, products, and services provided by NANAYOKI (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Definitions

  • Site: nanayoki.com and any subdomains.
  • Products: PC systems, components, custom case designs, and accessories.
  • Services: PC build/assembly, configuration, support, custom design services, reprints.
  • You / Customer: the person or entity using the Site or placing an order.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Ordering Process

  • Builds & Parts: Orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may contact you to confirm specs, substitutions, or timelines.
  • Custom Designs: When you request a custom case design, we will confirm feasibility, pricing, timelines, and proofs before production.
  • Acceptance: Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders (e.g., fraud checks, mispricing, unavailable stock).

4. Pricing, Taxes & Promotions

Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees, if any, are shown at checkout. Promotional pricing and discount codes may be limited by time, stock, or eligibility and can be withdrawn at any time.

5. Payments

  • Processor: We process payments securely through Stripe. Supported methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and other Stripe-supported options.
  • Installments: A 3-month split payment option is available for eligible orders at checkout. Longer-term finance (approx. 2–3 years) is planned and will be announced when available.
  • Security: All transactions are encrypted. You agree not to initiate fraudulent chargebacks and to contact us first for any billing issues.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship across the UK and selected EU countries. Timelines depend on the option and product type you choose at checkout:

  • 📦 Standard Build & Delivery: ~14–21 days — parts sourcing, assembly, stress testing, and delivery.
  • ⚡ Priority Build & Delivery: ~7–10 days — accelerated queue + tracked courier (additional fee).
  • 🚀 Express Build (Limited Slots): ~5–7 days — rush sourcing, weekend build, fastest courier (additional fee).
  • 🚚 Parts-Only Delivery: ~1–3 days — in-stock parts, tracked courier.
  • 🎨 Custom Case Designs: ~1 week (7 days) — production/finishing + delivery.

Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to supplier delays, courier performance, or events beyond our control. You will receive tracking once dispatched.

7. Custom Designs, Intellectual Property & Reprints

  • NANAYOKI Originals: All original designs, artwork, and branding are owned by us and protected by IP laws. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our artwork without written permission.
  • Customer-Provided Artwork: If you submit artwork, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights and licenses. You grant us a limited license to use, modify (as needed for production), and print the artwork solely to fulfill your order.
  • Design Changes & Proofs: We may adjust scale, crop, or placement for best fit and readability and will share proofs for approval where applicable.
  • Reprints/Replacement: If you want to change your design later, we offer reprint or replacement services for an additional fee.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Standard Returns: You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Return authorization is required before sending items back. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
  • Custom Items: Custom case designs and heavily modified builds are generally non-returnable unless damaged on arrival. As an alternative, we can reprint or replace the design for an extra fee.
  • Refunds: Processed within 5–10 business days after inspection. You will be notified by email.
  • Cancellations: Build orders may be cancelled before parts sourcing/assembly begins. If sourcing or assembly has started, fees may apply to cover costs incurred.

9. Warranty

  • PC Systems: 2-year hardware warranty against defects under normal use. This does not cover accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage, or unauthorised modifications.
  • Components: Individual parts may include manufacturer warranties; terms vary by brand.
  • Support: Lifetime basic support (troubleshooting, guidance, upgrade advice) is included.

10. Software & Licensing

Systems ship with your chosen operating system (e.g., Windows or Linux) pre-installed, activated, and updated. You agree to comply with all applicable software licenses. We install required drivers and firmware as part of build quality checks.

11. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its security, integrity, or availability, including by attempting to reverse engineer, scrape at scale without permission, or upload malicious code.

12. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services (including Stripe and couriers) is subject to their terms.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information.

14. Disclaimers

  • Colors and finishes may vary slightly due to materials, lighting, and display differences.
  • Estimated build and delivery dates are not guarantees and may be affected by supplier or courier delays.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NANAYOKI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from your use of the Site, Products, or Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

16. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold NANAYOKI harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or Services, your breach of these Terms, or any IP claims related to artwork you supply for custom designs.

17. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including supplier shortages, courier disruption, strikes, epidemics, or natural disasters.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site.
