π¦ Returns & Refunds
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or reprint (extra fee may apply for design reprints).
Return Conditions
- Item must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- You must request return authorization before sending the item back
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility (unless item is faulty)
- Custom case designs are non-returnable unless damaged β but we can reprint or replace the design for an extra fee
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5β10 business days. You will be notified via email.

Tracking & Updates
You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Build orders also receive updates when assembly and testing are completed.
Delivery Issues
If your item arrives damaged, delayed, or missing, contact us immediately with your order number and photos (if applicable). Weβll resolve it quickly with a repair, replacement, or reprint if needed.
